Truth Party Legislative Agenda - Part 1

The language used in our current laws must be simplified and be able to be described to a competent high school graduate. Legislation will be limited to one page of text and one diagram picture;  If it cannot be described as such; it will be revised to make it so

All high school graduates should possess the qualifications held to an associate degree in business administration. This will include basic health, first aid, and computer technology.

All government contracts for federal, will have to have at least 3 bidders, and the affiliations of the recipients cannot be the family or relatives of a politician while serving in office or for 4 years after leaving public service.

News organization must follow the guidelines set forth in 1948 and will be rated by a panel of nonaffiliated volunteer inspectors that can have no interest at all with the media. 

Any profits related to a war or national emergency, including disaster, outbreaks, weather, on any other normal event will be taxed at 90 Percent 

Any company or people related to causing such events will be barred from any aid grants or government contacts for life.

50% of all Government contract profits must pledged to be reinvested in qualifying local businesses. 

  Tax deductible. At fifty percent 

Donations to any office voting on the contract is prohibited.

Personal data from any citizen is the property of said citizen; Any use of that data must be with express written consent of the citizen. Any use of said data outside of consent is a federal felony

Clear visibility into every government document, meeting, or any other government functions.  Citizens have total access. 

Provide on a guaranteed secure citizen portal free of tampering by any agency, audited yearly with federal penalties for data misuse.

After expenses; 50% of all a profits from any extraction of any mineral in US jurisdiction will be paid in equal amounts to every citizen. This will be in lieu of any owed taxes, civil penalties, or other legal obligations; excluding personal judgements.

Government and civilian elected board to investigate and find the truth about any question leading to  truth and trust of any government operation. 

Volunteer participation; logistics and reports funded by tax surplus fund. This includes investigations into climate change, space, etc.

Complete overhaul of all government jobs in 5 years; 10 year max in any government job; No government pensions only 401k contributions. All benefits must be from private sector organizations.

No patent can be held on any food source, seed, or other means of producing nutrition in agriculture.

Processes that feed people will be taxed at 90% unless they are shared  with other food producers or 50% if shared internationally.
