USA Inc. is a “potential” solution to the growing unrest in the USA and the division that has become purportedly prolific in the year 2020.

We have been facing an inordinate amount of stress as a people; primarily because we are being bombarded with information, much of which runs contrary to what we find comforting. 

We are becoming polarized by two groups, calling themselves “left and right” but they all hold one common bond; a centralized government.  

A government which, regardless of which “party” is in control, appears to be unapologetic about restricting the rights and freedoms of the people of this country.  The USA has been always touted as the greatest experiment in freedom in known history.  The role of the government has and will be critical to the levels of “freedom” that any people can exercise. 

Granted, freedom to do whatever one wants is not in fact freedom; it is tyranny at best and totalitarianism at worst. That said, we faced something in 2020 that in some respects was symbolic of things to come and potentially a test of government controls and intimidation that we, as the USA have never had to face.  

We had local officials, operating without oversight, without precedent, and basically imposing edicts on groups of people all over the country, and the excuse was to protect the elderly from a disease that has been around for eons.  The media appears to also be operating without oversight as well, thus allowing a “narrative” of fear of something which has turned out to be not nearly the calamity it was originally cracked up to be. 

So, we ask ourselves every day, is corruption and racketeering from our elected and appointed officials, business as usual?  Should we just resolve ourselves to the belief that all politicians are crooks, and go find out who won the ball game?  

Some might find that notion funny, or pathetic, or whatever, but I think most people dread the notion that they are ruled; by anyone.  In fact, being ruled by a system that is supposed to be a Justice system, but in fact is Just a System and Just for some to use and manipulate to exhibit control over many by the few.  A few that would someday decide that the many have to go.

I’ve said many times to people in organizations I ran and were a part of; don’t bring me a problem, unless you have already at least attempted to bring a solution to the problem with you. Thus I offer, in addition to the material contained in www.truthtrustparty.com  and the “truth doctrine”,  the first 12 legislative suggestions; USA Inc.  A plan to provide a new system that preserves capitalism, provides oversight, and offers participation in government that has never before been proposed; at least to my knowledge. (which may not be encompassing)

USA Inc. 

A comprehensive plan to gradually, over time, transfer operations of the government from a centralized organization to a series of privately owned and regulated businesses which have time limits, income opportunities with limits, and a chance for many qualified people to participate directly in the actual governing of the people.  

In fact, USA Inc. will allow a whole new American dream, the ability to make a great living, one that doesn’t exist today, while providing valuable services to the government as part of the government.

USA Inc. would take each part of the government, and systematically privatize it, with government and civilian oversight and total real-time transparency at all times. 

The system would allow qualified, that is specifically educated and experienced people, to apply for and be granted leadership and ownership of certain agencies of the government, with caps on revenue and earnings over time.  

These USA Inc. businesses would hire from a pool of qualified candidates, who have followed the guidelines for education and have remained free of issues of crime and corruption, rewarding them with contract positions in the government companies. 

The companies would have time limits on ownership and transfer policies that restrict nepotism and cronyism and make the ownership lucrative to a large extent, but not as lucrative as the private sector.  Decisions to get into these ownership roles would be analogous to buying into a regulated business, but the rewards would be much larger than a choice of other professions, and standard hourly jobs. The incentives would be a more predictable business model than a private sector business, but with guidelines that ensure clean, non-corrupt operations would be achieved and mandated.

The proposed term is that a USA Inc. business would run for 10 years, then would be able to apply for a 5-year extension, at which time it would be marketed and sold to a new qualified owner.  Sale prices would be based on a known scale and financial market at the time of the sale. The “ownership” would be a new kind of model, where the business would remain the “property” of the government, but the owner’s role would be to manage as CEO and be compensated based on the impact of their actions, the performance of the business, and finally the review of government and civilian oversight. 

One might say why would anyone want to do this; Because it’s a lucrative chance to succeed that is better than a day job, but less risky and stressful than a complete private company, while offering service to the country and applying the model that will drive corruption out of our daily lives. 

Incentives earned can be, pensions, bonuses, and other potential gains from acting and operating the business, with the goal of caring for all people and the country at the same time.

As stated; this is a model that is designed to eliminate corruption and restore trust to the people while preserving the private sector to flourish, give the government the band width to put the people and the country first, above any special interests and allow for a whole new kind of American Dream to come true.

The model would start with one agency, break it off, set it up, sell it, then monitor it for 2 years and review the progress. If successful, groups of 5 agencies would be transitioned to USA Inc. models over time.  Some agencies like the military and others will likely never reach privatizations, but one never knows until we try.
